...visited loved ones,
brought cookies to our neighbors,
read Christmas stories,
sang Latin carols,
pressed our own cider,
baked assorted cookies,
cut paper snowflakes,
glittered everything!!!!
Strung beads for gifts,
knitted hats,
bought craft supplies,
and crafted a Christmas card tree!

We have done all of these things over our years of homeschooling. Not all in the same year, though. That would be crazy. You need to pace yourself to maintain your sanity over the holidays.
