*LOL!* Now there's something I can relate to. I've been known to ask the person at the circulation desk for permission to take one of those rolling metal carts out to the car. Seriously.
Let me guess: those were books on making shoes and re-upholstering furniture... :)
I love your daughter's sweater. It amazes me what kids can learn and do. My 10-year-old wrote an amazing short story yesterday, but I didn't even realize he had that much imagination until I read it. I am still learning, too...
Just to let you know .... There was a great op ed piece in the Daily News today from a NYC homeschooling Dad. "Why homeschool" - he answered all the usual Q's. Check it out. Love, Mom
Hahaha, I can SO relate. On several occasions I have been heard to say to the children, "Grab me, don't let go, and drag me out of the store/library. Quick! Before I see something else! Hurr....too late....hold on a mo..." =D
That is ME! At every consignment, thrift store or sale I am right in the book section. I was there last night in fact until the store started to close and wanted to kick me out! Imagine! LOL But I got some AWESOME books. So exciting!
