bromb - meaning: 1. To bomb your brother; 2. A really large size bra; 3. an old form of currency, now obsolete, but mainly used for the purchase of a used car.WHO THINKS UP THESE WORD VERIFICATIONS?!!We haven't taken our photo yet. Yes, Praise the Lord for digital cameras. Hey, I wish I would have thought of doing the punker thing. In my 20's, I would have (well, I sort of did anyway, back then.) But now, wrinkles don't really go with the "look". Funny, I actually did feel like I looked like a bottle-blonde from the 80's punk era. But it wasn't by choice - THAT was the difference. Great minds do think alike!Have a terrific week!-Kate
Our digital photo session looked much like this one. :-) MUCH like it.So much so that I'm quite sure you were hiding in the bushes...but since transporters still don't exist -- that can't be possible, can it?
I didn't do an official pic, instead I took a favorite of the boys from over the course of this past year and used that for the holiday pic.Less tears that way -:-)Karen
I don't do a "holiday" picture, per se. I try to get the kids to sit still long enough to take a picture outside usually. This year I used a few from fall that they had happily posed for. Made it a lot easier for me! Of course, I heartily agree with the "thank goodness for digital" sentiment--I can only imagine what the photos would look like if I had to wait for the film to be developed...and then try again!
Because of a bad haircut, we couldn't have a family pic, so I took a few different ones from throughout the year and made a collage. :)Thanks for your encouragement about Trey. After two university acceptance letters, he's starting to feel much better. We're waiting to hear back about scholarships because that will really determine what happens...
I know exactly what you mean.It makes me wonder how we ever managed these things back in the 70s when there were only 24 exposure films which were only developed every so often.Digital cameras are like computers. We went for years without them but once we had them, they quickly became indispensable.Blessings,Paula
