If only running around driving and tidying up after everyone was enough to qualify as an exercise routine, we'd all be trim, taut and terrific.

LOL at what Paula said. I would love to join my kids in TKD. It looks so fantastic. No room for it in the budget though, and I would be in a class that takes place immediately following theirs (so another hour and 15 minutes tacked on twice a week).
