You might suggest a mist sprayer next time. ;)
I just tried this for the first time last year - and you could have knocked me over when it worked, I was so surprised! Goodness knows why it took me 36 years to figure this trick out...in Canada, no less! It's been cold enough this week to make clouds, but I've been hibernating. I got enough of the cold when I HAD to go out. It's scary cold when it takes half an hour to de-frost the car. Thank goodness for our remote starter or we wouldn't have gone anywhere as the doors were all frozen shut.
seekingmyLord: Ah, but the experience is so much more satisfying when you throw a cupful of water into the air!
Mrs. A: I hope it warms up for you soon! We've never had a need for a remote starter, but my husband has experienced that kind of could growing up in Syracuse!
I never knew this about hot water. Would like to see it happen but I don't want it to be that cold! Glad you put the disclaimer - I was worried. Love, mom
I didn't know this! I think we'd definitely have to take a trip to get it to work for us though. :)
I love that experiment! Normally by now we could have done this at least twice, but this winter? Nope. Thursday it is supposed to be 8 degrees...maybe then! We always throw it out the back door, so it is only a hazard for the dog!
