If You Give an Artist a Final Exam...
I thought you might enjoy seeing Marina's final for her drawing class. They were given the basic exam booklet the week before the exam date and told to use it to create a final project based on their themes.
So Marina snipped and clipped and pasted and sketched and turned hers into a storybook of East of the Sun, West of the Moon. I'm going to make these small, double click to enlarge them.
And they lived happily ever after!

Oh ... that is MAGNIFICENT!
Lucky me! I got to see the real thing. Love, Mom/grandma
Wow, that is fantastic. In such a short time, too.
That is SO amazing! I loaded this page with Carmen and Chad on either side of me. We all went - "Wowwww!" Carmen said, "It looks wonderful!" Nicely done, Marina! I hope your teacher appreciates your talent as much as we do! - Kate
Thank you, everyone! I'm always stunned by what she can do. Much more patience than I have!
Amazing creative Payne! Charming work, Marina,

I came across your blog through a blog carnival. Wow! I am so impressed. I don't think your daughter would have the time to do this if it weren't for her being homeschooled. You must be so proud of her work! Lovely. :)
