I'm a little behind this year. I haven't even started writing my Christmas cards. Of course, that's because I've been concentrating on cookie baking and present making, but still. I think I was thrown by the late Thanksgiving this year. And needing to get working papers and a passport for Marina. And Chase's black belt confirmation tonight...
I would hope for a calmer 2009, but I already know Chase will be preparing for Confirmation and Sierra for First Communion and Marina may want to start learning to drive. Maybe 2010? Wait, Marina might be preparing for college that year...
Note on yesterday's post: Mom reminded me that I was born around 6 in the evening, not 9. And mom should know because, well, she was there. But that's OK, I'll pretend it was 9PM. Next year I'll change it to 10PM.

All those projects can make life chaotic. Maybe we can catch up when our kids have left home?! I've barely done a thing yet.
