I hope everyone is enjoying their Memorial Day weekend. I tried to send my family out to a local parade while I worked on comics, but alas, the newspaper had given the wrong time and they missed it. My best plans for teaching them about our national holidays are sometimes derailed. Or sidetracked.

That seems to happen to us once in a while, too. Today the weather cancelled our plans. At least we can remember our nation's heroes anyway. Have a great week.
Hey, at least you tried.
I loved reading "The Wake-up Call." I used to wonder what that fairy would have bestowed on the princess.
Hope Chase enjoyed his 13th birthday. That was a beautiful photo. I know what you mean when you say you're glad you have a son because I've been known to say, "I'm glad I have a daughter" for the same sort of reason. Your family is similar to ours with the genders opposite.
It's good to honour the middle ones.
Sorry I haven't caught up earlier but have been flat out busy. Will catch up again soon,
Paula
COOKIE!
Hehehe
PS. The Murlocs were thrilled to get comments! So we went on the Great Draenai Photo shoot to answer a young Pirate's question of just what is a Draenai...Not posted yet, but soon!
So glad I clicked on this oldie but goodie. I totally get this budding cookie monster! Love, Mom
