I cannot tell you how annoyed I was when I realized my ink was running and my lettering was getting fuzzy. I think I erased too much with a regular eraser because I was too lazy to find my kneaded eraser. But then I decided to leave it. Fuzzy letters seemed appropriate for this particular vignette. More appropriate since this is my 13th vignette and I'm posting it on Friday the 13th. What do you think?

It works! I thought how the blurred print fit in with the impressionistic theme before I read your comments. Thank you for the happy chuckle to start the day. Love, Mom
I thought the letters were blurred on purpose.
I thought they were blurred on purpose as well. And they're not really too blurry.
I just thought it was my contact lenses!
(Is that how "lenses" is spelled? Oh, by the way, I said something about the War of 1812 in my post about Tolstoy - I actually didn't mean our War of 1812. Just that Moscow was burning during the year 1812. Todd was so kind to point that out. I'd love to hear more about the theory that Tolstoy's wife contributed to "War & Peace". Oh, is Marina home yet? I'll pray for her (and you!)

i thought it was on purpose, too.
